West Kern Water District is seeking a General Manager. The General Manager serves as the chief executive officer of the District, providing strategic, operational, and organizational leadership to ensure the reliable delivery of water services. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the General Manager oversees all District functions, aligns operations with Board priorities, and represents the agency in a wide range of regulatory, regional, and community settings.
