We Are Moving to Monthly Billing Beginning October 1st, 2022

West Kern Water District will be moving all customers to a monthly billing cycle. Note: This only effects customers currently billed bi-monthly. Over several months, a major effort has been underway to upgrade the District’s residential and commercial metering system. This upgrade will assist conservation efforts, identify leaks in real time, allow customers on-line access to better manage their water use and reduce billing errors. We anticipate upgrades will be completed by October 1, 2022. Additional information about the change to monthly billing will be included in the first bill following the change. Customers will be able to access their usage information online through a metering application called EyeOnWater.
